RETURN POLICY

Return and Refund Policy:

Items are warrantied by the manufacturer. Electrical components are not refundable. Returns may be offered on the shipping of the wrong product by the distributor. The process for return will be decided under the condition of the return.  Process of refund for products being ordered in error by the purchaser will result in a 25% testing and a restocking fee and the purchaser will be responsible for shipping costs. LED Sign Lights - info@signlightsled.com will provide and cooperate with warranties and refunds. It is the buyer’s responsibility to inspect all goods upon arrival. Any damage must be noted to the Carrier driver and noted on the carrier's copy of the Bill of Lading. (See detailed instructions below)

Any product items shipped from Signlights LED™ manufacture or LED Sign Lights that are found to be damaged as a result of shipping must be reported to LED Sign Lights immediately upon. Please inspect all packages upon receipt before the delivery driver leaves the premises. Please take photos of the damaged packaging. RETURNS

Since the bulbs are electrical devices we do not accept returns. However, in the event of orders being placed incorrectly, we will allow an exchange based on the return policy as a warranty.  All returned items will be returned at the buyer's shipping responsibility and expense. There will be a 25% testing and restocking fee. Return shipping is at the buyer's shipping responsibility and expense which will include handling fees.
